Once the application is filled, attach the below mentioned 9 other documents to this application. The documents are:
1. Copy of 10th / SSLC/ SSC Marks card
2. Copy of 12th/ PUC Marks card
3. Copy of Caste and Income Certificate
4. Copy of Rank card of CET /NEET /JEET or any other Ranking
5. Proof of present study in the form of copy of tuition fee paid or College ID or any other Certificate
6. Single parent & parentless students should attach copy of death certificate
7. B.E and Medical students must submit their all sem/year marks cards with self attested
8. Copy of canceled cheque/Pass Book
9. Long term NEET/CET repeaters application will not consider
With the application truthfully filled and the various documents attached, your application is ready to go. Just thing needs to be verified, make sure your Declaration Of Kammavari Sangha is all filled up and has all the required signatures. With that done, send this whole set to us by courier of by hand as soon as possible.
